A newly renovated apartment on the fourth floor of a grand 1902 building, reached by lift. Both bedrooms have king-size beds and sit at opposite ends of the flat: one faces the courtyard and is completely quiet, the other has new sound-proof windows.
The spacious living room has a sofa bed and a 50-inch smart TV — log in with your own Netflix, Prime or Disney+. Cook in the designer kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, dining table for six), then take your coffee out to one of the two sunny balconies, one facing the street, one the courtyard.
The bathroom has both a bathtub and a separate shower, and there are two WCs — one of them in the utility room with the washer-dryer. Air conditioning and central heating keep it comfortable all year.
